Challenge: Longer patient wait time in the ER.

Solution: Myriad Consulting advised the operations management team of a tertiary hospital by assessing the current emergency room design, providing valuable feedback, redesigning the emergency room setting, and implementing new protocols for a patient triage system

Challenge: Weekend resident scheduling issue for physicians which lead to a decrease in patient appointments on Fridays.

Solution: Myriad Consulting LLC advised by assessment and carefully crafting an effective strategy to redesign the infrastructure of the scheduling system.

Result: Myriad provided recommendations and proposed automations which, when implemented, could improve patient appointments.
