Assessment Engagement: Myriad Consulting LLC helped assess the efficiency and user interface of the proprietary IT platform designed by the clinic’s operations team. The first phase required the assessment of the technology from the patient’s side and the second phase included the assessment from the provider’s perspective.

Proposed Solution: Myriad Consulting proposed strategies to improve the user interface of the platform based on the thorough assessment of the processes and protocols. The feedback focused on designing a more clear and concise layout of the user interface to improve adaptation by the older patients accompanied with mental health issues who were attending the clinic.

Result: This resulted in providing access to the patient population that had previously been unable to access the platform.
