VC’s Vision: Innovative Genetics Center

Scope: Myriad Consulting LLC engaged in a groundbreaking project for the design, development, and implementation of an innovative genetics center. The center was to be technologically advanced, eco-friendly, and customized to the cultural needs and norms of the region

Design: Myriad delivered breathtaking designs for the client, developing one of the most customized strategies for the center. We leveraged our committed and extensive global network to incorporate substantial input from the most renowned geneticist in the world.

Myriad engagements: Myriad Consulting LLC customized the most effective strategy, conducted thorough global market analyses and opportunity assessments, and carried out an in-depth comparison of each potential company’s value chain proposition as well as due diligence of potential partners.

Phase 1: The first phase of the project focused on the evaluation and assessment of the global market of the firm’s expertise. Myriad generated a list of potential candidates based on the needs of the client, including recommendations of potential acquisitions and joint ventures.

Phase II: In the second phase, strategy profiles for the selected potential partners were developed, and with customized key performance indicators.

Phase III: In the third phase, an exhaustive business model and marketing strategy was developed, including assessment and recommendations on novel genetic testing software, chips, and AI operated genetic testing equipment.

Phase IV: The next phase included a thorough and realistic implementation plan to help make this vision a reality.

Phase V: Finally, Myriad helped establish partnerships between the VC and the vendors to establish the center on the ground.

Result: Vision transformed into reality.
